How to Use Your Yoni Pop Suppositories
Yoni Pops are designed to help maintain a natural pH balance, eliminate odors, and support overall vaginal freshness. For the best and safest results, please follow these application instructions carefully.

1. Preparation & Hygiene
Cleanliness is the most important step. Thoroughly wash your hands before handling the suppository. Ensure your vaginal area is also clean and patted dry. Use one suppository as needed for freshness or odor control.

2. Best Time for Use
We highly recommend inserting the suppository at bedtime. Since the capsule will dissolve and turn into liquid, lying down prevents the product from leaking out prematurely, allowing the ingredients to work effectively while you sleep. 

3. How to Insert
Lie on your back with your knees bent, or stand with one foot resting on a chair or the edge of the tub. Gently push the suppository into the vaginal canal as far as it will comfortably go. It should be placed deep enough that you do not feel it while moving around. As the capsule dissolves, it is normal to experience some discharge. Wear a panty liner or light pad to bed and the following morning to protect your underwear and sheets from any drainage.
