What is your shipping policy?

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
  • During high-demand periods or sale events, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a notification if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Timelines

  • Once processed, standard shipping can take up to 10 business days, depending on your location and the method selected at checkout.
  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

  • Costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and weight of the package.
  • Look out for Free Shipping promotions on orders over a certain amount (as displayed on our homepage).

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your package through the carrier’s website.

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or natural disasters.
  • Lost/Stolen: If your package is lost or stolen, please contact our customer service team. We will do our best to assist you in locating your order with the carrier.
How do you handle returns and/or exchanges?

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility

  • For hygiene and safety reasons items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at naturallybeautifulcurves@gmail.com with your Order Number.
  2. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent.

Refunds

Once received and inspected, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders quickly. If you notice an error, please contact us at naturalllybeautifulcurves@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update it, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered the processing stage.

Why is my tracking number not updating?

It is normal for a tracking number to show "Label Created" or "In Transit" without an update for a few days, it may take 24-48 hours for an update. Carriers often scan packages at major hubs. If your tracking hasn't moved in more than 7 business days, please reach out to us.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as aoon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

What if there is an issue with my order?

Please take a photo of the package and the product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can send a replacement.
