Jo’s journey began long before our doors opened. Frustrated by harsh chemicals and one-size-fits-all beauty products, she turned to nature — researching botanicals, clays, essential oils, and plant-based butters to craft small-batch formulas in her own kitchen.

As friends, family, and loved ones experienced the difference, word spread fast, and Naturally Beautiful was born. Today, every product we make carries that same hands-on dedication, and every spa service reflects that same standard: real ingredients, real results, and real care.
